Yes. Every custom order includes a digital proof for your approval before production begins, so there are no surprises.
Yes, our order minimum is $35. Beyond that, order as much or as little as you need — bulk and business branding orders can request volume pricing.
Shipping & Turnaround
We prefer at least 5 days' notice to design and produce your order without a rush. Same-day and short-notice requests are honored whenever possible, but will include an additional fee plus a rushed production cost — just ask when you submit your request.
Yes! We're proudly based in Massachusetts, and we ship to all 50 states.
Local pickup is available in select Massachusetts areas — this can be arranged after your order is placed.
Payment & Policies
We accept all major credit/debit cards and digital payment options at checkout. Business and bulk orders may also request an invoice.
Yes. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before production begins on every order. The remaining balance is due before your order ships or is picked up.
Because every item is made-to-order and personalized, we're unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse, and deposits are non-refundable once production has started. If your order arrives damaged or with an error on our part, we'll make it right — contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Changes and cancellations are possible within 24 hours of order placement, before production begins — after that, your 50% deposit is non-refundable. Reach out as soon as possible if something needs to change.
Packages & Business Orders

Not at all. Your selections just tell us your vision — once you click Start My Package, Christine reviews everything and finalizes the exact products and quantities with you during the quote process.
For larger business branding orders, invoice-based payment can be arranged. Mention this in your request and we'll discuss terms directly.
