Use of This Website
By using this website, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information when submitting a form, and you may not use this site for any unlawful purpose or to submit content you don't have the right to use.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Nearly everything we make is produced to order and personalized to your request. By submitting a quote request or shop order, you confirm the personalization details you provide (names, dates, text, artwork) are accurate and that you have the right to use any artwork or images you upload.
Production Timelines & Rush Orders
We prefer at least 5 days' notice to design and produce an order without a rush. Same-day and short-notice requests are honored whenever possible, but include an additional fee plus a rushed production cost. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may shift for large or highly custom orders.
Pricing & Payment
Shop items are sold at the listed fixed price. Custom quote and package requests are priced individually after review; a secure payment link is sent once pricing is confirmed.
Deposits
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before production begins on every order. The remaining balance is due before your order ships or is picked up. See our Cancellation Policy and Refund & Return Policy for more detail.
Supplying Your Own Items
If you provide your own blank items for personalization, you're responsible for their quality and suitability for the requested process. We are not liable for pre-existing defects in customer-supplied items.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to decline any order, request additional information before beginning production, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of this site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
