The 24-Hour Window
You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as production hasn't started. Reach out to us as soon as possible if something needs to change — the sooner you tell us, the more likely we can accommodate it.
After Production Begins
Once production has started, your order can no longer be canceled or changed, since it's already being handcrafted specifically for you. This can happen sooner than 24 hours after your deposit is received if you've requested a rush order.
Deposits Are Non-Refundable
Your 50% deposit is non-refundable once paid, including if you cancel within the 24-hour window. The deposit reserves your place in our production queue and covers design time that begins immediately.
How to Cancel or Request a Change
Email us at cjean@customcutzbychristinellc.com with your order details as soon as possible. We'll confirm whether production has started and, if not, process your cancellation or change.
